Join the Canadian Chamber in Brussels and Paris for a mission focused on strengthening Canada–Europe collaboration in critical minerals, energy, and artificial intelligence.
This mission will connect Canadian business leaders with European policymakers and industry stakeholders at a time of growing attention to economic security and technological change. The program will build on the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) as a foundation to explore opportunities to strengthen trade between Canada and EU countries and discuss priority policy issues.
The Brussels program (June 8–9), held alongside the Canada–EU Business Forum and delivered in partnership with Canada EU Trade and Investment Association (CEUTIA), will include discussions on critical minerals, digital/AI and other emerging transatlantic trade issues, as well as meetings with EU institutions, including the European Parliament.
In Paris (June 10–11), delegates will take part in the B7 Summit hosted by MEDEF, contributing to the business dialogue across G7 economies. It serves as a key platform for shaping perspectives on global economic priorities, including innovation, energy, and supply chain resilience.
This mission provides an opportunity to explore areas of shared interest, build connections, and better understand the policy and market landscape shaping Canada–EU relations.
