The Canadian Chamber of Commerce (“Canadian Chamber”) may revise these Terms at any time. Canadian Residents

The products and services offered on this Site are only available and intended for Canadian residents. If you are not a Canadian resident and you choose to access this Site, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible to comply with applicable local, national and international laws.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. Use of the Site or its content is at your own risk. The Canadian Chamber does not make any representations, warranties or conditions about the quality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency or timeliness of the Site or its content. The Canadian Chamber does note assume any responsibility for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the Site or its content.

Confidentiality

Absent the use of encryption, the internet is not a secured medium, and privacy cannot be ensured. Internet email is vulnerable to interception and loss. The Canadian Chamber will not be responsible for any damages you or any third party may suffer in connection with an email you or the third party sends to the Canadian Chamber or an email the Canadian Chamber sends to you or the third party at your/their request. The Canadian Chamber is not responsible for any errors or any changes made to any transmitted information. Should you decide to transmit information using internet email, you do so at your own risk. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

Official Languages Policy

The Canadian Chamber strives to provide all information contained in the Site in both of Canada’s official languages. In some instances, however, various content may only be available in English or in French. In the Canadian Chamber’s French-language Site, the masculine form is used for the sake of brevity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada and these laws apply to the use of the Site or its content by you, notwithstanding your domicile, residency or physical location. The Site and its content are intended for use only in jurisdictions where it may lawfully be offered for use.
