The objective of this support is to help protect Canadian jobs, help Canadian businesses weather the current economic downturn and avoid bankruptcies of otherwise viable firms where possible.

Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy (CERS)
Canadian businesses, non-profit organizations or charities that have seen a drop in revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic may be eligible for a subsidy to cover part of their commercial rent or property expense until June 2021.
