Our Position

Canada’s regulatory environment has become a collection of complicated, overlapping and inefficient sets of rules that permeate nearly every aspect of how business is conducted. Canada needs a concerted effort to modernize its regulatory frameworks and lower regulatory burden to attract investment, enable innovation and create job growth.

Our Natural Resources and Environment Committee considers and reports on matters relating to Canada's natural resource and environmental policies.

Our SME Committee examines federal policy issues of importance to small- and medium-sized businesses and develops proposals to improve opportunities for them.

Transportation & Infrastructure Committee

Our Transportation & Infrastructure Committee advocates for wealth-generating infrastructure investments and a competitive transportation sector.
