Scott Falls is an international arbitration practitioner based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is an associate with the boutique law firm Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, where he specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration and public international law. He has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in arbitral proceedings administered under a variety of institutional arbitration rules (e.g., ICC, ICSID, CAS, CRCICA) and ad hoc disputes conducted under the UNCITRAL Rules. He has specific experience with disputes relating to the construction and infrastructure, finance, and sports media and marketing sectors.

Prior to joining Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, Scott was assistant legal counsel with the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where he participated in the administration of international commercial and investment disputes, and assisted the PCA Secretary-General in his appointing authority functions under the UNCITRAL Rules. Prior to that, he worked in the commercial litigation and arbitration group of an international law firm in Toronto.

Scott is admitted to the Bar of Ontario, Canada and holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS), graduating with the second-highest academic standing in his class. He also holds a J.D. from Queen’s University and a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario.
