Senior partner and global co-head of Norton Rose Fulbright's International arbitration practice. Was Managing Partner of Ogilvy Renault LLP from 2005 to 2009, chaired its executive committee until 2011, and served on the supervisory board of Norton Rose Fulbright from 2011 to 2014. Acted as counsel in numerous international arbitrations involving disputes in telecommunications, aeronautics, joint ventures, M&A, construction and foreign investment. Also represents parties in court proceedings to enforce or set aside arbitral awards. Regularly serves as arbitrator in international arbitrations, and has experience as chairman of the tribunal, party-nominated arbitrator or sole arbitrator. A former co-chair of the IBA's Arbitration Committee, he is an Alternate member of the ICC Court, and a former member of the LCIA Court, of which he was also a Vice-President. Currently serves as President of the LCIA's North American Users' Council. Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Fluent in English and in French.
