Joseph Chedrawe

Joseph is an experienced arbitration specialist.  He has acted as counsel in nearly 20 international construction and commercial arbitrations under many of the major arbitral institutions and in ad hoc proceedings.

He has represented multi-national corporations, governments, and private clients across multiple sectors, with a focus on construction and engineering, as well as commercial, disputes.  His particular experience includes disputes relating to government service contracts, independent power and water facilities, public private partnerships, housing developments, telecommunications, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, water storage facilities, and oil and gas production.

Joseph has appeared several times as an advocate in litigation and arbitration proceedings.  He is an advocate of the Dubai International Financial Centre courts and has sat as a party-appointed and sole arbitrator.

He speaks English, French, and Arabic.
