Mediated about 40 disputes in commercial disputes as mediator and more than 100 mediations as counsel.  Experienced in online mediations both as mediator and as counsel.Member of five Arbitration Panels, 1) Canadian Chamber of Commerce – ICC International Court of Arbitration; 2)  ICDR – American Arbitration Association 3) ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO) 4) Bucharest International Arbitration Centre; 5) ADR Chambers International.Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2002. 

Arbitrated 20 commercial arbitrations. Acted as sole arbitrator in four institutional arbitrations:  ICC Court of Arbitration, ICDR and ADRIO.   Experienced in in online arbitrations both as arbitrator and as counsel. Counsel in about 40 arbitrations involving commercial and business issues, including international commercial transactions, mining, shareholder disputes, insurance brokerage, partnership disputes, agent and principal and employment. Experience under ICC, ADR Chambers, UNCITRAL, LCIA and other arbitration rules. 

Counsel on the 2009 case of Accentuate Ltd. v. Asigra Inc. (arbitration in Canada, UK Court of Queen’s Bench, London and legal proceedings in Canada).Counsel in litigation involving the Ontario Arbitration Act, 1991 and the Ontario International Commercial Arbitration Act.

Languages

English (100%), French (99%). Mediations and Arbitrations are conducted in English, French or bilingually. Also conversant in other languages: (Oral and reading): Romanian (95%), Hebrew (70%) German (60%), and some comprehension of Spanish and Italian.
