Current Position
Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, teaching courses in Arbitration, Indonesian law, International and Comparative Sale of Goods and Legal Systems of Asia.
Professional Experience
Over 21 year of research, academic and practical legal experience in the field of Civil Law (French, Quebec and Indonesian law), Comparative Legal Traditions, International & Comparative Law of Sale and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Arbitration Experience
Served as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in 18 arbitrations under ICC and SIAC rules. Acted as expert witness on civil law, Indonesian law and arbitration in arbitrations and court cases.
