Anastasia Davis Bondarenko is an Associate Director at Vannin Capital where she advises clients involved in high value arbitrations on third party funding solutions, assesses investment opportunities, and monitors the portfolio of funded international arbitrations.

Specialized in international arbitration and public and private international law, Anastasia is admitted to the Paris, New York and Quebec bars.

Prior to joining Vannin Capital, Anastasia advised and represented private and sovereign clients in the context of complex and high-value commercial, investment, and state-to-state disputes as an associate at Three Crowns LLP and as a trainee with the international arbitration groups of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Dentons in Paris. Anastasia has acted as counsel in disputes across numerous jurisdictions, under various international arbitration rules (including ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, and SCC) and involving multiple governing laws.
