Bradley Berg

Brad is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee. He has extensive experience leading cases at all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and in many arbitrations leading to award, including ICC hearings. His subject matter experience includes mining & natural resources, leasing, shipping, franchise, hospitality, technology and professional services.

Brad is the Practice Group Leader for Blakes Litigation & Dispute Resolution in Toronto.
