ICC Arbitration

ICC Arbitration assures the best quality of service because it is delivered by a trusted institution through a process that is recognized and respected worldwide.

Established in 1923, the ICC International Court of Arbitration is one of the oldest and most respected institutions administering international arbitrations. The ICC Court provides disputing parties with a flexible and neutral process to resolve their dispute. It offers privacy, confidentiality and extraordinary freedom for parties to choose the framework for how and where they want to resolve the dispute.

As ICC Canada, we operate the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee, which includes some of the world’s leading practitioners in international arbitration. We also respond to requests by the ICC Court and its Secretariat for proposals of Canadians to serve as arbitrators in ICC cases.
