Claims Handling Fee
We reserve the right to assess claims handling fees for files that require excessive examination time, telephone, facsimile or postage charges and/or other issues that cause financial or other loss to our organization as a result of misuse of an ATA Carnet or lack of cooperation from the carnet holder.
