Philippe Boisvert is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais (Montréal). Philippe specializes in domestic and international arbitration, notably in the fields of construction, infrastructure and in the enforcement of arbitral awards in Canada. He has more than 10 years of experience in arbitrations relating to infrastructure works such as nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, tunnels, roads, bridges, refineries, transportation infrastructure, etc.

Philippe is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and was the President of Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP) from 2022 to 2024. He has been named a “Future Leader” in international arbitration by Who’s Who Legal in 2023 and 2024 and was recognized for commercial arbitration in the 2024 edition of The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. Philippe regularly speaks and publishes on arbitration law and practice.

Prior to joining BLG, Philippe practiced for eight years in the international arbitration group of White & Case LLP in Paris.
