Junior Sirivar is a partner in Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP’s Litigation & Disputes Resolution Practice. He provides strategic advice to domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries including mining, financial services and telecommunications in complex commercial disputes and has argued numerous cases commercial and investor state arbitrations before ad hoc and institutional tribunals seated throughout Canada, South America and Europe. He has also appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and other Canadian jurisdictions as lead counsel in some of the most significant recent commercial cases in Canada. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only fellowship that admits the top 1% of trial lawyers in Canada and the USA and an Honourary Overseas Member of the Commercial Bar Association of England.
