Today, Canada Post released a new Action Plan that will have significant implications for some users, including many businesses. While the changes announced will be felt mostly among urban residential customers, businesses will experience some of the same price increases as those announced for residential customers.

We will closely monitor the proposed measures and speak for our members if they are adversely affected. I encourage all of you to communicate with us if you have specific questions. Canada Post has assured us it will respond to questions and concerns, and we will make these answers available to all of our membership as it does.
