The holiday season is already upon us!  Please note that our offices will be as of December 21, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. and will reopen on January 2, 2019 at 8:30 a.m.

We encourage you to submit all urgent carnet and document certification requests prior to office closures on December 21. Certification requests submitted online (except for ‘full service’) will be reviewed once daily prior to 11:30 a.m. on the 27, 28 and 31 of December.
